Seller terms
These terms apply to every shop on the marketplace. Opening a shop means accepting them. They are written in plain language so that they translate cleanly.
What it costs
One commission, no listing fees, no fee for opening a shop. If you sell nothing in a month, you pay nothing.
Who may sell
Shops may be opened by current students of any programme year and by graduates. Standing is checked against the school register when the shop is opened and again once a year. A shop closes if the student leaves the programme without graduating.
What you sell
You may sell only what you made, blended, dried, printed or packed yourself. Reselling bought-in finished goods is not permitted. Every listing must be accurate about the plant, the origin, the quantity and the preparation method, and must follow the product safety policy.
Fees and payouts
The school takes a commission on each sale, and the rate depends on your plan. Payment processing fees are passed on at cost and shown in your payout summary.
Your obligations as a seller
Suspension and closing a shop
The school may pause a listing or a shop where a listing carries a health claim, where labelling is missing, where dispatch is repeatedly late, or where a safety report is under review. You are told the reason in writing and what is needed to reopen.
You may close your shop at any time. Open orders must be fulfilled or refunded first, and your final payout follows the normal weekly cycle.
Changes to these terms
Changes are announced by email 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to sell after that date means accepting the new version. Earlier versions are kept on file and can be requested from the school office.
