Shipping and returns
Each seller packs and posts their own parcels, so shipping is charged per shop and calculated at checkout. Prices are shown in EUR.
One parcel per shop
If your basket holds products from three shops, you pay three shipping fees and receive three parcels. Each shop dispatches on its own schedule and its tracking number appears on your order page as soon as it is posted.
Not every product goes everywhere
Sellers set the destinations for each listing separately, because the rules differ by product type. Seeds and live plant material usually need a plant passport or a phytosanitary certificate, so a seller may be allowed to send seed to two countries only, while the salves from the same shop go worldwide.
Set your delivery country in the top bar. The catalog then shows only what can reach you, and each product page states its own destinations. A restricted product cannot be added to the cart for a country it may not be sent to.
Rates and dispatch
Sellers set their own rates, and the exact amount always appears in the cart before payment.
Customs and import duties
Orders sent outside the seller's customs union may attract import duty or tax on arrival. These charges are set by your own country and are paid by you. Every parcel carries a customs declaration listing the contents, the weight and the value.
Some countries restrict the import of plant material. Check your national rules before ordering dried herbs from another continent.
Returns
You may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery and return it for a refund of the product price. Return postage is paid by you unless the product arrived damaged or was not what was listed.
If a parcel does not arrive
Write to marketplace@herbwoman.com with the order number. The school holds the payment until delivery is confirmed, so an undelivered parcel is refunded by the school, not by the student.
